All Sales Are Final

All sales on SagaMTB.com are final.

Each digital product purchase automatically includes entries into our sweepstakes. Once an order is placed, your entries are securely and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes management system. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or withdrawals after purchase.

This policy ensures the integrity and fairness of all Saga MTB giveaways.


Order Issues

If you encounter a problem such as:

  • Duplicate charge

  • Incorrect email address entered

  • Technical issue preventing delivery of your digital item

Please contact Evan@sagamtb.com within 24 hours of your purchase. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.


Future Merchandise

Occasionally, we may offer physical products or apparel. When available, those items will follow a separate return/exchange policy that will be clearly listed on the product page.
